1) General
All offers listed in this online shop are non-binding and free of obligation. Subject to prior sale. Should a product unexpectedly not be available or temporarily out of stock, we will either call you or send you an email and offer you an alternative. Our offer is valid for the end-consumer. Alternative prices are valid for industrial, trade or commercial partners. Colour or print errors are excepted.
All prices are subject to VAT and price changes and errors are excepted. As we are unable to always guarantee the ability of our suppliers to deliver, we are only able to confirm the deliverability of an article by answering your enquiry.

3) Unit Prices
Our prices are gross prices and contain VAT. Costs for transport and packaging will be added separately.
4) Postage and Packing
Within German postage and packing costs 8 Euros.
Transport costs outside of Germany will however be calculated dependant on destination and weight of the package (including frames packed in a slip lid box and protective packaging for shipment). Handling and insurance costs included. Shipment via UPS or similar agency.
Duty needs be paid by client.
5) Delivery / Delivery Time
We deliver world-wide. Deliveries outside of Germanyand express shipments will be calculated on a time and material basis. You will be billed for any customs duty due (Am Ball Com will always provide proof). Products which we have in stock will be delivered to you within 5 working days. Should an item not be available for dispatch immediately, we will inform you of the estimated delivery date.
6) Data Protection
Data required to process your order will be saved. All personal data will be treated as confidential.
7) Payment Options
Credit card: please enter the 16 digit card number and expiry date.
Paypal – Please transfer the funds and mail us the transaction reference number at order@amballcom.com.
In case of delayed/late payment we are entitled to charge 2% interest + VAT
8) Reminder / Request for Payment
We will bill you a fee of €2.50 for any reminder sent.
9) Property
The goods remain property of Am Ball Com until payment has been received in full.
10) Right of Return
Upon receipt of the goods you have 14 days in which you may return or exchange them. Please return the goods in mint condition along with the receipt to our postal address. Goods purchased on special offer may not be returned.
11) Liability
As soon as the goods have left our warehouse, the shipping company accepts liability. Any damaged goods must be reported to the shipping company upon their receipt. We accept no liability for goods damaged in transit. Any claims for damages should be addressed to the shipping company.
Furthermore we don’t accept liability for any delay, impossibility of performance, damages of contractual rights, culpa in contrahendo or non-contractual liability as long as the damages are not caused by gross negligence on the part of Am Ball Com.
